Bikram Yoga (90mins)

Bikram Yoga, the original hot yoga, consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a room heated to approximately 40ºC, all Bikram Yoga classes are 90 minutes, Suitable for all ages and levels of ability. It’s time to get sweaty.

Bikram Express (60mins)—coming soon!

Express is a 60 minute version of the original Bikram Yoga method. All 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises are completed with a shorter time period. If you have a busy schedule, this shorter session suits you.

Sculpt Yoga (60 mins)—NEW!

Sculpt yoga is a combination of Vinyasa flow and weight training, it incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum burn. The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes. This class is performed in a room heated at 34 degree.

Hot Pilates (60mins)—NEW!

Hot Pilates is a mind-body workout that targets on developing core, body strength, posture and alignment, performed in a room heated to 34 degree with upbeat music! It is a combination of traditional Pilates, HIIT and weight training.

Hot Yin (60 mins)

Hot Yin is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine).It involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia, conducted with heat.
